Visa recently announced Flexible Credential, a new technology that lets customers access multiple funding sources on a single card. We love their launch blog post because it builds a strong narrative, supports the problem they are trying to solve with data, and tells the story in a “non-corporate” way. They also clearly explain their release timeline and how the new capability is being used by pilot customers.
